Register for a summer at Applewild!

1. Download and print one registration/medical forms for each camper registering.

REGISTRATION & MEDICAL FORMS (all campers)

2. Complete the form. Use the course descriptions on this website to help choose activities on the correct session activity options form.
3. Print out session 1, 2, or 4 and complete form.
4. Mail your registration form and health form along with a $150 deposit to:

5. Include any of the following appropriate forms along with the above registration:

Session One Activity Options (Adventure Camp)
Session Two Activity Options (Adventure Camp)
Session Three Activity Options (Adventure Camp)
CIT Letter (Required to register for the CIT program)
Writers' Insitute Form

For Adventure Camp Only - We have flexible scheduling for parents who want to take 1 week during one session and 1 week during another session. Call Brian Beaudoin for details (978) 342-6053 ext 103.
