To provide thoughts about the campaign, some members of the Building Community Campaign Steering Committee agreed to speak on camera as we prepared to launch the campaign publicly at Harvest Fair. School Head, Chris Williamson, talked with each volunteer while Technology Director, Mike Grant, filmed. We are calling this "No Frills Productions" because, in keeping with being good stewards of our resources and donor gifts, we did not attempt to provide high gloss production values.
Also, last spring Mr. Williamson interviewed each Upper School grade to accomplish two things:
- help students understand how an architect helps a client develop plans;
- hear from students what they felt the school's most compelling needs were from a student perspective.
These interviews, first viewed at the Harvest Fair announcement, will be consolidated into several presentations that will be shared on this site. Each week that Applewild is in session in the coming few months, a new interview will be posted to this site. We hope you enjoy viewing them and welcome your thoughts and reactions.
