Each student is required to submit an Applewild School Application Form and the following recommendations:

* Kindergarten and 1st grade: Kindergarten and 1st grade recommendation

* Grades 2 and 3: Homeroom and additional teacher recommendation

* Grades 4 through 6: Personal, homeroom and additional teacher recommendation

*Grades 7 through 9: Personal, English and math recommendation
