Each student is required to submit an Applewild School Application Form and the following recommendations:

* Applyin for Kindergarten or 1st grade:

* Applying for grades 2 or 3:
Homeroom and Additional Teacher recommendation forms

* Applying for grades 4 through 6:
Personal, homeroom and Additional Teacher recommendation forms

* Applying for grades 7 or 8:
 Personal, English and Math recommendation forms
